The DIY option will certainly reduce your costs.

We will supply you with a fully skewered Hog of the size you require, deliver it to you, with gas and full instructions. The Roaster is powered by a car battery which we supply.

No electricity is required for the cooking process.

Full written instructions will be given to you. You will have to supervice the cooking process for the duration, somewhere around 6 -8eight hours depending on the size of the hog.
